Product Labeling Services

Machine-applied labels using professional Zap Labeler systems. Accurate placement, consistent results, 800–1,500 units per hour.

Machine Precision.
Startup Pricing.

Hand-applying labels at scale is slow, inconsistent, and ties up your best people. Our Zap Labeler equipment applies labels at 800–1,500 units per hour with consistent placement every time.

We run the same professional equipment we manufacture and sell — which means we know it inside out and there's no markup for using it.

Need label rolls? Order from Desktop Industrial — they ship direct to our warehouse so you don't have to manage two shipments.

Types of Labels We Apply

Product Labels

Brand labels, ingredient labels, nutrition facts, product ID labels — applied to bottles, boxes, bags, or any flat surface.

Shipping & Carton Labels

Carton labels, case labels, pallet labels. Applied accurately and consistently for retail, wholesale, or Amazon shipments.

Amazon FNSKU Labels

FNSKU labels applied over manufacturer barcodes for FBA prep. Part of our all-in FBA prep service or standalone labeling run.

Price Tags & Retail Labels

Retail price labels, UPC stickers, promotional tags. Consistent placement for shelf-ready products.

Compliance & Warning Labels

Safety labels, suffocation warnings, country-of-origin stickers, date codes — applied precisely where regulations require.

Custom Label Application

Have a unique label type or surface? Describe it in your RFQ and we'll confirm compatibility before quoting.

Why Machine-Applied Labels Win

Consistent Placement

Every label lands in the same spot. No crooked, bubbled, or off-center applications that look amateur on the shelf.

Speed at Scale

800–1,500 units/hr means a 5,000-unit job gets done in a shift, not a week. Fast turnaround without sacrificing accuracy.

$0.08/Unit

Our low overhead and owned equipment means we can charge less than the market and still run a profitable operation. That savings passes to you.

Test Before Full Run

We always run 10 test units and send you a photo for approval before the full job starts. You sign off — then we run.
